Noel's first egg dying experience began with him holding his first egg, saying "ball", and then chucking it into the floor as hard as he could. He was in dire need of a nap at that point so we put him to bed while his brother, the artist, worked his magic. We set one egg aside for him and one cup of color to minimize the chances of utter disaster. After playing outside in the dirt (previous post) we stripped him down for one more messy photo op. As you can see, he is an artist in the making just like his big brother.

A Fine Day to Dye
Last Saturday's main to-do's were enjoy the gorgeous spring weather and dye Easter eggs. Chase has been begging to color eggs since at least St. Patrick's day so needless to say he was super excited. As you can see in the photos below and from previous quotes in the blog, Chase is an artist and this is serious business. As is the eating of the Easter candy the remains of which can be seen on his face.
